Shonna was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, with three siblings. As a child, Shonna had aspirations of being an actor/singer. She never thought she'd stumble into the real estate industry within a million years, but you can't always predict where or when you'll discover what life has in store.

Shonna was taught at a young age to work smarter, not harder. So that's what she did. She worked smarter by obtaining a BA from Ohio Dominican University.

As the years went by, Shonna worked her way from the corporate industry to the real estate industry, never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move.

Shonna got into the real estate industry nine years ago when she had a bad experience investing in real estate with other people's money. That's when she learned everyone does not always have your best interest at heart. Therefore, she set out with aspirations to ensure all she encounters who are interested in selling, buying, or investing in a home receive clear and concise information by providing a market analysis.
